We process our orders 7 days a week. However, pick up will only be from Monday to Saturday based on our operating hours. There are no deliveries over the weekends. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will only reach you the following week depending on the delivery schedule.
The delivery rates will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout.
While we would love to accommodate all urgent orders and get your craft materials to you as soon as possible, it is advised to allow a window frame of 3 to 5 working days for delivery in case of any delays during delivery.
Currently, we only ship to within Singapore. For shipping to other countries, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com.
We use Qxpress as our shipping partners. If you would like to arrange a private pick up under your own freight account, please feel free to let us know the details.
If a parcel arrives damaged, kindly assist to take photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Subsequently, open the package and carefully check the goods for signs of damage.
If goods are damaged, kindly send us the photos and fill in the Product Returns Form under Shipping & Returns section and we will pick up the items from you. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Don’t forget to keep all damaged goods and their packaging as you may be required to return these to us.
Once we receive your parcel, only then will we resend another set to you.
While we process all orders daily, we are bound by the delivery schedules of our freight partners. Slight delays will also happen due to public holidays and festive seasons. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.
Change of Delivery Address
The delivery address cannot be altered once the order is processed. Kindly ensure that the address is correct prior to checkout.
We will not entertain any returns or change of products due to the wrong product ordered or change of mind once the parcel has been sent out. Kindly check your orders to make sure everything is what you need before making payment.
Store Pick Up
If you wish to make payment for your order and pick up the items after that, select the Self Collection option during checkout. No delivery fee will be added to your bill. We will contact you once your order is packed so kindly leave us your contact number. In the event that you change your mind and wish to have the items delivered, do email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on delivery charges.
Change from Delivery to Store Pick up
If you have already made payment including delivery and choose to pick up instead, we will refund you in cash during collection.
